These terms are between you and AMSP Enterprise Ltd, company number 13836271. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sending us a basket or enquiry on WhatsApp is a request for a quote, not a binding order. A contract is formed only when we confirm availability, the final price and payment details in writing and you accept them. We may decline any request, for example where stock is no longer available.

Prices on this website are shown excluding VAT by default, with an option to view them including VAT. Prices marked “indicative” are estimates. All prices exclude delivery and are confirmed by us before payment. We are not bound by an obvious pricing error.

Trade pricing is available to VAT-registered businesses on approval. Qualifying wholesale supplies of mobile phones may fall under the HMRC domestic reverse charge, in which case the buyer accounts for the VAT. You must give us your VAT number and confirm the goods are for resale before we apply it.

Payment is due in full before dispatch or collection unless agreed otherwise in writing. Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Delivery dates are estimates.

We provide a quote before starting any repair. Please back up your device beforehand — we are not responsible for data loss. Devices not collected within 90 days of us notifying you that a repair is complete may be disposed of after reasonable notice. Repairs carry the warranty described on our Returns & Repairs page.

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Repairs page. This right does not apply to business customers or to repair services once work has started with your agreement.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
